I'm an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, based in Honor Oak, South East London.

I'm here to help with everything from preparing for breastfeeding your baby before they arrrive, getting off to a good start, troubleshooting, to supporting you in finding a beautiful end to your breastfeeding journey.

I can help answer all your questions: Is my baby getting enough milk? Does my baby have reflux? How can I get a good latch? How do I start expressing?

I'm a lactation consultant, living in Honor Oak in south east London. I have been supporting families to breastfeed their babies since 2013.

I'm passionate about providing individualised breastfeeding support. I'm here to help you work out what's important to you and provide the information and support you need to be empowered to meet your personal breastfeeding goals.
