Participants must be at lest 6 weeks postpartum, had the OK for exercise from their midwife or GP and non-crawling babies only.
The class is a gentle, pilates-based exercise group specifically designed to help strengthen your body as a whole after pregnancy and birth.
The group is perfect for back, core, hip and pelvic floor strengthening which are the main structures affected in the postpartum period.
Suitable for both C-section and vaginal births and appropriate for those how have had a prolaspe.
