What STRONG MUMS CLUB says

Strong Mums Club specialise in postnatal strength training to empower you feel strong, healthy and confident in your postnatal body and what you can do!

We offer a range of postnatal classes and group training programs at various East London locations. Our in person training options include our super friendly (mum & baby) strength classes that you can drop into as and when you fancy, and we also offer an award winning 12 week small group personal training program where we can help you learn to lift heavy, get back into a routine with exercise, feel confident in your postnatal body and adopt training and nutritional habits during your maternity leave that will get you RESULTS that you will learn to maintain for the rest of your life.

No need for childcare, babies are welcomed (fully encouraged even) to all group personal training sessions and classes.
