First to Fourth offers specialist postnatal and pregnancy yoga in Richmond, London and online. I help women in their 1st to 4th trimesters and beyond feel calmer, more comfortable, and equipped for birth and early motherhood with group and one-to-one yoga classes and online courses, for a gentler transition into motherhood. My mum and baby yoga classes are nourishing classes for mum and baby together, blending postnatal yoga to support healing and postnatal recovery, and soothing, developmental baby massage & gentle baby yoga. A safe, relaxed space to stretch, breathe, recharge and bond with your baby, and connect with other new mums. Suitable from 3 weeks after birth (regardless of the type of birth you had) until your baby is crawling. In-person, small group classes in Richmond, London (@Studio 17 Pilates) and online live streamed classes via Zoom. Private and semi-private classes (in person and online) also available
