Run in small groups this all inclusive course will prepare you not only for labour, but for the all that is to come after too! From hypnobirthing to nappy changes, information and value packed antenatal and hypnobirthing classes will give you practical tools and knowledge to feel confident and excited for your labour, birth and postpartum.
