Baby yoga is a lovely way to bond with your baby while starting to make time for yourself too. It's a gentle practice, suitable for post-birth bodies, as long as you and your baby have had your 6 week check. Once your baby is mobile, it's a little trickier, but we try and keep them entertained for as long as we can! To book this class drop me an email,
