Postnatal yoga for mums from 8 weeks (or after your Dr check up) to one year postpartum. Prenatal yoga from 14 weeks onward.

About

I am a mum of two children and I have worked with early years children for ten years. I loved going to pregnancy and mum and baby yoga when my children were babies, meeting other mums, stretching away the aches and pains and having a chat afterwards. I have been practicing yoga for 15 years. I first started teaching baby and toddler yoga six years ago, I am a British Wheel of Yoga 300 hours certified teacher, with additional CPD in pre and postnatal yoga. I offer lovely relaxing yoga classes around Ealing. I am available for one to one appointments if you prefer.
I am DBS checked, have paediatric first aid and safeguarding training.
