I am a qualified International Association of Infant Massage (IAIM) instructor helping parents/carers to learn the art of Infant massage which has a whole list of benefits for baby and adult collectively. A few benefits being bonding, constipation, relaxation, stress reliever, help to reduce colic and gas. I run a 5 week course of a mixture of practical and theory behind Infant massage. There is no best time to start my course is available for any parent/carer with a baby under the age of 1.

Hi I'm Natalie a qualified IAIM instructor (International Association of Infant Massage) and mum to a cheeky full of beans life loving nearly 2 year old. Since becoming a mum the needs of our family changed. I wanted something that I could fit around life so I qualified as an infant massage instructor.
I have 10years of experience in the care industry split between different occupations over the years; nursery, preschools, school, 1:1 carer and a day service. I have always had a passion for working with babies and I also enjoyed opening up different pathways in my career journey along the way.
I am looking forward to starting my new classes in the new year and meeting all of you Mummy's, Daddy's Carers and your babies along the way. I will be supporting and teaching you different strokes from Indian and Swedish massage, Yoga and Reflexology that make up the 5 week course. Alongside the strokes there are different elements to the course that will help you understand the strokes we teach and why we teach them. There is also valuable time within the sessions for parent to parent discussions which helps to support you as parents or carers as well as your babies.
