What Holly Hood Yoga says

Our classes will support the natural healing of your own body, and your journey into motherhood. In each class you can look forward to: - An energising yoga flow adaptable to your energy levels - Strengthening the core of your body (including pelvic floor) - Movements and songs for your baby - Guided meditation and relaxations - Mantra and sound work to support your journey - Time to share how you and baby are doing We are a safe and non-judgmental space for you to bring your full post partum self. Know that the joy and richness of these early months is as welcome as any tiredness, sadness and messiness! *These classes can also be attended by parents/carers who have not birthed their babies, including Dads and Grandparents. There is a strong element of focus on post birth care (eg. rebuilding core strength and pelvic floor health), but the practice can be adapted for the specific needs of anyone wanting to join with a baby.
