JAM IN the foundation music class for children from 3 years old, where they will learn all about songs, notation, rhythms, music and instruments from all around the world! The Foundation class is a self-contained group which offers opportunities to play, sing and create music. Keeping the group together over the year enables children to get to know each other.
About
Ilaria and Adam are educated music teachers from Rome, Italy and Toronto Canada. They have over 10 years experience in teaching singing, drumming and music foundation to students at all levels and ages.
Ilaria has a level 4 qualification in Music Education from the Trinity College and works as a peripatetic teacher for Camden Music Service teaching one-to-one and group sessions. Ilaria has her own studio in Sydenham and Camden where she leads various workshops including music for mums & babies, relaxation singing, foundation in music for children and Healing Voice. Ilaria’s lessons have been evaluated by Camden Service’s observations and have been dubbed ‘Outstanding’.
Adam’s musical background began at an early age. Pursuing the drum set and various hand percussions Adam developed a strong foundation in the rhythmic vocabularies of jazz, rock, world rhythms and orchestral percussion while playing in many school ensembles and bands. Adam is a teacher at the Pelican Hub and teaching to primary, secondary school in Chelsea and drums at the University of London. Adam also offers private lessons to his studio in Battersea.
