Hi, my name is Lizzie, and I have been running Jiggy Wrigglers classes since January 2022. I loved it so much that when the opportunity to buy the Poole franchise came up a few months later, I absolutely leapt at the chance.

I have two boys who are 6 and 4 – they do occasionally accompany me to sessions, so you will sometimes see them helping me out. I have a music degree and I am incredibly passionate about the importance and power of music – not only for our little ones but for the grown ups too!

I feel incredibly lucky to not only be doing a job that I love so much (which doesn’t really feel like work to me!) but also one that fits so effortlessly around my family life. Jiggy’s is proof that you can have your cake, and eat it too!
