What JJYoga says

Pregnancy Yoga classes will focus on gentle stretching, breathing techniques and movements to keep you strong and relaxed during pregnancy and labour. All in a fun supportive environment. Pregnancy Yoga can help with the minor ailments of pregnancy and pelvic girdle pain. All equipment is provided and there is free car parking at the venue. Pregnancy Yoga classes are in 6 weeks block on a rolling programme so you can join anytime.

About

I trained as a nurse and a midwife, working in the NHS for over 40 years. I developed an interest for Yoga in my early 20s which has continued throughout my life. Yoga has benefitted me personally, maintaining my functional fitness and mental health. Since I have retired I had the opportunity to develop my interest further through training to be a Yoga teacher at Newcastle Yoga School. I love teaching and sharing my passion for Yoga.
