Fitness and baby wearing classes for Mums

What JTD Fitness says

JTD is aimed at mums wanting to get back into fitness after having children. No need to sort childcare with toys provided to entertain the little ones. We currently provide two classes: Mumfit for mums who want a full body workout with a mix between circuits and Pilates based exercises to improve fitness, strength and posture. Babycarryfit for mums in their first year postpartum, this baby wearing low impact workout focuses on building strength and alignment whilst bonding with baby in the process.

About

Hi, I’m Jo, a mum of two little ones and passionate about Mums doing something for themselves. There are so many baby groups but I felt there was a gap for mums to take some time for themselves. It’s difficult to get childcare to workout which is why JTD is child friendly too.
I am originally dance trained however has always enjoyed fitness and feel I can give a mix of both of these in my classes.
