Fun Post Natal Pilates class for new mums. Take some time for yourself to strengthen and stretch your body. Exercises will help post-natal recovery. Small group class with plenty of space for social distancing. Your baby can relax or play beside you or sleep in their buggy whilst you exercise. This class will help to: - strengthen your pelvic floor - heal diastasis recti (abdominal separation) - tone and stretch your body - correct post-pregnancy muscle imbalances BOOKING ESSENTIAL - please message me for more information and to book your place All levels welcome, but you must have had your six week postnatal check to join (12 weeks for C-Section)
