Baby massage and phonics classes in Gravesend and Meopham.

I know that life with a new baby can be hectic and stressful. Baby massage is a great way to relax and spend quality time bonding with your little one. As well as many health benefits to parent and baby, classes provide the perfect opportunity to relax, have fun and enjoy your time together. For babies aged 8 weeks - crawling. 5 week course teaches the full body massage and colic sequence. You will receive a welcome pack, bottle of sunflower oil with vitamin E, handouts of all the strokes to practise at home and refreshments at the end of each class.

Phonics Fun is a great introduction to letters and the sound they make for preschool aged children. Each week we explore a different letter through a variety of fun game, activities and stories. Activities are designed to encourage fine and gross motor skills, problem solving and mark making.
