Hi my name is Diana.
I run MamaCore Collective offering pre & postnatal Pilates-inspired classes for mums; babes of all ages welcome!
Our sessions focus on:
- Gentle but effective movement to support recovery and build strength.
- Core and pelvic floor awareness, giving you confidence in your body again.
- Posture and mobility work to ease everyday aches and tension.
- A welcoming community of like-minded mums to share the journey with.
Whether you’re joining to gently ease back into exercise after birth, to prepare your body during pregnancy, or simply to connect with other mums, you’ll be in the right place.
Children are part of the class environment (no stress if they need feeding, cuddles, or a nap mid-session).
Classes are open to all abilities, and no previous Pilates experience is needed.

About
With 15 years’ experience in fitness, from personal training and group classes to Pilates, I’ve worked with everyday people, new mums, and even elite athletes. After having my daughter, I created Mamacore to bring mums together in a supportive space where they can move, strengthen, and connect — with their little ones welcome too.
