Hi, I’m Margot.

I’m a certified baby massage instructor and soon-to-be postnatal doula, offering gentle, relationship-led support for families in Cambridge.

I’m passionate about supporting families to feel connected, confident and held during those early postnatal months, which I know firsthand can feel both magical and overwhelming. My work is rooted in the importance of real-life connection and in creating welcoming spaces where families feel truly supported and seen — just as they are.

I currently offer baby massage courses in small groups in my own home, as well as private 1:1 sessions, which can take place in your home or mine. My classes are relaxed and baby-led, with plenty of space for tending to your baby and getting to know other local parents. You’ll learn massage strokes you can use at home to support your baby’s digestion, sleep and emotional wellbeing, whilst also enjoying precious one-to-one time together.

Alongside baby massage, I’m preparing to launch my postnatal doula services, offering practical, informational and emotional support to families in the CB1 area very soon. This support is shaped around what each family needs in the moment to help them thrive and may include in-home postnatal care, care of the baby, preparation of nourishing food, emotional holding or simply holding the baby whilst parents’ rest.

At the heart of my work is a strong value for real-world connection and community building. For this reason, I’ve chosen not to use social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook or X to promote my work. Instead, I focus on offering in-person support and creating spaces where families can connect without comparison, pressure or performance.
