Mini Athletics is the first of its kind. First and foremost, it is so much fun! However, Mini Athletics is so much more than that. Through 3 progressive classes, children go on a fantastic journey in athletic movement. They are introduced to the basics of athletic movement skills (running, jumping, throwing) in a play based yet structured format.

Mini Athletics Home Superstars are fun active online classes run by coach David.
Home Superstars classes are a great way to help children to get active whilst at home.
Classes will have a different theme each time and we use items from the home to help during the class.
All our classes have been designed for everyone to enjoy whether it be one child,siblings or all the family join in and have fun.
