Open level pregnancy and parent&baby yoga classes designed to give you the time to breathe, stretch and connect with your baby. Vinyasa flow inspired practice followed by a homemade vegan sweet treat and tea.

About

Kelly comes from a dance and performing background originally, and has taught dance, music and drama for 15 years. Kelly had been practising yoga for years personally and found yoga to be the most profound support and framework for learning to stay grounded in the present moment, which led to her retraining in 2021 as a yoga teacher. Kelly is now a qualified 300H RYT in Vinyasa Ashtanga, and during her pregnancy with her son Leo she undertook further prenatal and postnatal yoga training and now offers regular Vinyasa, Yang to Yin, Pregnancy and Parent&Baby Yoga classes.

Yoga and the whole journey towards parenthood are very much intertwined for Kelly, and she is really passionate about facilitating new and expectant parents (and their babies!) the opportunity to honour their body, and to find a sense of grounding, relaxation and calm in amongst all the beautiful chaos that little ones bring.
