Music sessions for babies and toddlers, with an emphasis on fun! Sessions are led by Sofia Wilde, using live instruments (ukulele, piano and flute), and include bouncing songs, rhymes, instrumental time, dancing, listening, and calming lullabies to finish. Props such as puppets, scarves, ribbons and lycra also feature. Sessions provide you with some quality time to bond with your little one, plus an opportunity to meet other parents/carers. Music sessions also support your child’s cognitive, motor and language skills. Sofia has been an early years music practitioner for almost 20 years. She is a trained musician, and has trained with BKA, recently completing their CPD certified Early Years Methodology, Teaching Technique and Repertoire course. "Sofia's music classes for toddlers are absolutely amazing. I've attended with two of my children and think I've enjoyed the classes almost as much as them. Sofia is really warm, friendly and brilliant at engaging even the smallest children. She's a talented musician and uses real instruments and sings a huge variety of songs in her classes, often allowing the children to handle the instruments themselves.
