A post natal class with a difference. Moms in Motion is a 6 week exercise class aiming to restore your core, rebuild your pelvic floor and strengthen your whole body, to allow you to return to your desired sport, physical activity or personal fitness goals.

The class is run by Ellen Joyce, a registered osteopath who specialises in women’s health and is a Mummy MOT practitioner. Ellen is passionate about assisting women to achieve their health and exercise goals, so whether you are unsure about returning to exercise or are eager to get back to lifting weights in the gym…Moms in Motion will work alongside you to get you feeling fitter and stronger.

Moms in Motion is a small group class, within a relaxed, private gym in Sutton Coldfield. You are welcome to bring your baby with you to the class. Moms in Motion is run on Tuesdays at 11am and cost £60 for 6x 1 hour sessions.
