What Move with Sarah Jane Horn says

I am offering two in person courses starting on the 12th of September in Whipsnade, Bedfordshire. Mum and Baby Yoga, and a prenatal class. Courses are 6 weeks long. Committing to a period of time has so much benefit for you and the group. We can create stronger versions of ourselves and with this, build a beautiful community.

Hello, I am Sarah Jane. I am a proud mum and movement specialist who is passionate about helping everyone find freedom & fun in movement.

I have been a yoga teacher since 2014 & I have taught all over the world; in Canada, South Africa, the UAE & the United Kingdom.

I became a personal trainer in 2019 and love combining strength training with yoga in my sessions.

Becoming a mother in 2021 changed my outlook on the female body & now I focus less on what it looks like & more on what it can do. I took a pre & post-natal yoga course which helped me to prepare for my own birth & recovery. I can not wait to share my learnings with more women.

My other passions are growing my own vegetables, cooking, dancing & traveling.
