Claire Cole founder of Movement for Mums focuses on fitness to boost mental health. Movement for Mums offers short body weight home workouts designed for all abilities you can do live with Claire. Each workout is different and 25 minutes long, no equipment required with lots of regressions and progressions, it’s perfect for busy mum’s trying to squeeze some mood boosting movement into their day. Claire is a Level 3 PT and is Pre & Post Natal qualified. As a mum herself she understands how hard the juggle of balancing the kids, husband’s and boss’s demands is and the struggle to find time for yourself. The importance of maternal mental health is Claire’s passion and coupled with her fitness and well-being knowledge Claire delivers coaching that comes from the heart. Claire is often featured in the press with her mood boosting fitness mission.
