What Mum and Baby Exercise Norwich says

Congratulations on the birth of your baby!

This class includes 15mins of baby-focussed activities (including sensory, songs, massage, foot prints) and 60mins exercise for you - yoga, Pilates, bodyweight strength and relaxation. You can of course feed and change your baby as needed, perhaps even settle them in their pram/pushchair for a sleep, and involve them as much or as little in your exercise as you like.

A great way to recover postnatally, get mum-fit for demands of being a mum, let your babies try different activities and meet like-minded mums.

I'm Beth Cullen. As a Physiotherapist since 2013 and a group exercise instructor since 2009, having qualified as a Postnatal Yoga instructor in 2019, and as a mum since 2025, I'm passionate about the importance of safely returning to and maintaining exercise after having a baby for our short-term and long-term health/fitness.
