Classes are suitable once you've had your 6-8 week postnatal check until your baby is confidently moving. They combine gentle stretching and toning for mums with lots of singing and movement for the babies in a supportive and welcoming environment.

Hi, I’m Caroline, I’ve been working with parents postnatally since 2004 and love the chance to interact with you at this precious time in your life. As well as running mum and baby yoga classes I also work for the NCT offering Early days postnatal classes and introducing solids sessions. Feel free to message me for more information. I live locally with my husband and 3 kids. At the weekend you’ll find me out walking in the local countryside or ferrying kids to their various activities!
