⭐️MQT is a great way to meet other mummies in a relaxed laid back atmosphere while working out ! ⭐️ The class is a 45 minutes all body workout that slightly changes each week - based around bootcamp / HIIT style format. The classes vary from a total body workout combining both cardio and resistance moves, to focused sessions helping to develop stamina, endurance and mobility. You will get a real buzz from this class, get sweaty and all whilst working out to some great tunes. Babies / toddlers / children are all welcome up to pre-school age. Some of us may wish to incorporate them which we can! The classes are designed to increase fitness and rebuild your strength and fitness after having your baby or to continue your fitness whilst pregnant. Also the classes just aren't for those with children! Ladies are more than welcome to come along without a child as well if you are looking for a fitness class with other lovely women!
