My Bump and Me courses provide you with unique tools and techniques to use during your pregnancy, labour, birth, postnatal and for many parenting years to come.
Leeds, West Yorkshire & Online.
Each course is person centred, practical, informative and nurturing. They are either hosted in a beautiful venue in the heart of Horsforth (Group Courses), in my lovely home (Private Courses), or online. All the classes are friendly, relaxed, interactive and fun.
