You will have the pleasure of a sound bath at the start of every class, (not sure what that is?) -
A Sound Bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience that uses sound to sooth your mind and body.

We will then go through specially designed baby massage sequences, moving through different body parts each week.
