I have been running our 5 week baby massage and baby yoga courses successfully since 2011. As one of London's most popular baby massage and baby yoga classes we know how to make the sessions interactive, fun and most of all give mums and dads something fun and beneficial to do with babies. Our baby massage classes are designed to promote bonding and attachment between parent and baby; Enhance baby’s feelings of being loved, respected and secure with their parents; Stimulate circulation and aid digestion; Improve muscle tone, growth, weight gain and development; Settle the discomfort of teething; Aid relief from discomfort caused by colic, constipation, tummy pains, gas; Help to build up the immune system; Develop confidence in parents’ handling of baby, especially fathers; Teach baby how to deal with stress and how to relax; Provide a Post Natal support network for new mums - helping reduce post natal depression. And much more Suitable for babies from 2 weeks old. We provide you with a handout after each session so that you can practice at home. Our baby Yoga Courses include post natal yoga for mums, dry massage and a fun yoga routine for babies. We work on strengthening babies, building muscle tone, working the balance system, teach babies confidence, help babies to learn to sit and crawl, build social and spatial awareness and sing our way through the sessions.
