What Nurture and Nourish says

Nurture & Nourish provides support, training and community sessions for families. This includes antenatal and postnatal support, parent courses and community groups where families can meet and children can play. Our aim is to share helpful information, bring families together, build better community networks and support children to learn through play.

About

Nurture & Nourish was established in 2021 and began from my passion to support families during pregnancy, postpartum and early parenting. I have worked for over a decade in managing and delivering community projects and services to families, including advice, parent training and support groups. I am an inclusive play specialist, trainer and doula with a background in, Special Educational Needs & Disabilities, Early Years education and family support.
