Walk & Talk or online mental health sessions for mums and mums to be. The emphasis is on creating an empathic, safe space for you to nurture yourself, explore, resolve or reconcile with troubling or distressing feelings and experiences. Confidential one to one sessions last 50 minutes and can be booked by email.
