Exciting classes with sign, sensory play, stories, music, rhymes & more! Signing with your little one helps with bonding, development, speech and confidence. Everyone is welcome to our classes and no sign experience is necessary. Come along and teach your little one to sign! About

With 11 years Sign Language and Makaton experience, Oh Happy Sign’s Group Teacher, Charlotte, is qualified in British Sign Language and has a degree in English Language and Linguistics. She is passionate about teaching sign with speech and fun activities to encourage babies to babble to sparking the imaginations of toddlers when learning to talk.

Oh Happy Sign is family run and proud to be based in East Lancashire. She has 2 wonderful children of our own: 4 & 2 years old and their development and communication have blossomed with sign too!

Charlotte believes signing is for everyone. Children love to express themselves through sign what ever their ability or development stage. In the first 3 years of life our brains grow by 85% -signing early helps your baby communicate before speech or when your little one is learning to talk.
