Our Postnatal Pilates focuses on how to safely and effectively build back core strength and stability along with safely progressing your workouts to suit your body. Our Strong Mum Course incorporates strength and conditioning-based sessions for new mums who want safe and tailored training from our highly experienced postnatal Instructor. The course will be a combination of strength and conditioning exercises to help you build back your fitness in a safe and controlled environment.
