Relaxed and friendly, informative courses taught by a FEDANT accredited Birth & Parent Coach. You'll get all the latest stats based research, plenty of parenting insights and life hacks presented and discussed with you in an honest and unbiased forum. To mix it up we keep it interactive (note no cringe inducing role play) and throw in a good dose of humour! Not to mention a constant supply of delicious refreshments and an array of socials with your newly made gang of friends. Please don't hesitate to give us a call or message us for more information. I'm Tracey-anne, originally from Johannesburg, South Africa.

I have been living and working in the UK for over 20 years now practicing pregnancy & baby massage therapy, reflexology fertility through to birth and supporting birth/postnatal as a doula and I absolutely love what I do everyday.
