My name is Pui and I am a qualified level 3 Personal Trainer and in Pre/Post Natal.
My workouts are 30 minutes long with a mixture of High and Low Intensity and Strength exercises targeting the whole body. You will find more information under my schedule page.
The classes are designed to ensure that you are working hard but most of all I want you to enjoy and to have fun.
