Julia teaches fun, energetic and safe classes that deliver results. She's been practicing Pilates for over twelve years, teaching for over eight. She's highly qualified and experienced having taught many women through their pregnancies and post natal recovery.
Julia is the Founder of workplace fitness business Exercise in the City. She recently had her first baby in December 2017 and wanted to set up a fun, results driven Pilates class to give other new mums an hour to focus on themselves, their body and to help their postnatal recovery.
