What Pimlico Toy Library (PTL) says
Sessions are for adults and children together. Helping children to reach their potential and adults to develop their parenting skill. We run play activities including art through the year and a whole range of experiences during the school holidays.

PTL is a 36 year old charity with experience in childhood development, strong networks and links in the community of Sth Westminster.
