Mother of three and a birth geek, with over 5 years of experience teaching hypnobirthing to pregnant families around the world, I'm also a Mama dance teacher and baby massage instructor.
My greatest passion lies in providing support to mothers as they navigate the journey into motherhood, and in nurturing both mothers and their babies during the early days.
