2022 marked the 25th Anniversary of R&A Soccer (formerly known as Ross & Andy's Soccer Camps). When we ran our first holiday camp back in 1997 at Greenway School. Over 25 years later, the brand has evolved and we've proudly grown into a trusted name in football coaching across Berkhamsted and the surrounding area,

Our programs are built on a foundation of expert coaching, delivered in a safe, friendly and positive environment. We cater to a wide range of ages, from pre school, offering skill based sessions that focus on ball mastery, confidence on the ball, and decision making. Every child is supported as an individual, ensuring personal and enriching experience.

Our football sessions are structured coaching programs designed to promote technical development. This includes movement off the ball, spatial awareness, first touch, passing accuracy, finishing technique and 1v1 attacking and defending.

Players are encouraged to apply these skills in small sided games, developing their decision making in game situations.
