What Re-Pilates says

Pilates is a form of exercise but it is also a healing agent. Pilates exercises aim to work from the inside-out, starting from breathing and activating deep core muscles, into strengthening and lengthening the body and its muscular system as a whole. Practicing Pilates can result in a stronger and leaner body with better coordination and flexibility. Daily chores become easier, movement becomes more efficient. As a whole you can gain a sense of well being, just by breathing better.
