What Reframe Pilates says

This is a class for you, the mums. It's designed to help reintroduce movement and strengthening to your body in a safe way, all while your baby plays on the mat beside you (or maybe even takes a nap!). I have done extensive training in postnatal wellness so you can be sure and get the attention you need. We will focus on rebuilding your core strength, moving mindfully and releasing all that new mama tension. The class is suitable for mums who are minimum 6 weeks post delivery.

Hello and welcome to Reframe Pilates with Holly Inverarity. I am passionate about health, vitality and wellness and I love exploring the connection of the mind and the body through movement. My sessions and classes are lighthearted and easygoing, I encourage you to connect to your body and move in a way that makes you feel good. I trained with the prestigious Body Control Pilates in London in 2010 and am fully certified to teach mat and equipment pilates and I have extensive experience in pre and postnatal exercise and rehabilitation.
