Hey, I'm Laura and I'm on a mission to help every mama everywhere love her pregnancy, enjoy a positive birth & have the best possible start to motherhood!

I am passionate about helping women work with their bodies’ natural design in order to have an easier, faster, more comfortable birth. My group antenatal course will truly transform your pregnancy by giving you the knowledge and practical tools you need for a positive birth. By the end of the course you will be feeling powerful, confident and even excited about giving birth!

Our fun and relaxed antenatal classes are run regular at four different venues in South East London:

- Bexley Hypnobirthing Classes - North Cray Neighbourhood Centre, Sidcup, Bexley, DA14 5JR
- Woolwich Hypnobirthing Classes - The Yoga Space London, Woolwich, Greenwich, SE18 6EY
- Abbey Wood Hypnobirthing Class Rise & Glow Births HQ, Abbey Wood, DA17 5EE
- Eltham Hypnobirthing classes, St Mary's Community Centre, Eltham High Street, Greenwich, SE9 1BJ

Plus a brand new Greenwich antenatal course venue in Shooter's Hill coming in 2024!

Our courses are therefore perfectly located if you are expecting to have your baby at Darent Valley Hospital, Princess Royal University Hospital (PRUH), Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Lewisham Hospital, or any of the central London hospitals (including birth centres & midwife-led units).
