There are so many things to think about when your baby is on their way: where and how to give birth? How to manage pain levels? Should I have a water birth, use a TENS machines, have an epidural? And once your baby arrives, there’s more - sleeping, nappies, slings - the list goes on. But don’t worry! My job is to present you with the most up-to-date hospital policy, current research and my own experience to help guide you in making the right choices for you and your baby. RK Antenatal is a 4-part antenatal course that covers all of this and more. As a highly experienced antenatal teacher, doula and postnatal specialist, I’ve supported over 600 new parents and their babies to find their way along their parenting journeys so far. I’m passionate that even in the womb, your baby is an individual with their own preferences and needs and I believe in supporting new parents to have the confidence to parent their baby, their way.
