What Rothwell Gymnastics says
Our mission is for children to participate individually, and as a team member, in physical activity and learn to work safely, fairly and to challenge themselves whilst having fun. Rothwell Gymnastics was born in September 2008. We started out with 55 gymnasts attending classes with 6 coaches at Rothwell Leisure Centre. We now have a very busy gym in Swillington, with over 20 coaches and helpers, plus more than 330 gymnasts, some attending up to 11 hours per week. Our facility in Swillington, Leeds has a sprung floor, high bars, 2 sets of asymmetric bars, 3 full size balance beams, vault and an additional mezzanine floor area. We have a lounge for viewing CCTV of the gym with refreshments available.
