Family Yoga & Forest School

Bring the community together by​joining us for a rejuvenating blend of nature and movement!

Children: £7.50

Adults & Under 3s: Free

Simply book your child/children ages 3+ to secure your booking. Adults and children under the age of 3 are welcome to come along, no booking required.

This session combines the mindfulness of family-friendly yoga with the wild adventure of Forest School activities.

​What to Expect:

  • ​Playful Yoga: Fun energetic games, accessible poses and breathing exercises & meditation for all ages.
  • ​Nature Crafts: Guided crafts using all natural resources from the outdoors.
