Description

Our Acro Cheer Class teaches the art, strength & discipline of Acrobatics & Cheerleading with warm-up’s, and flexibility training, stunting & partner work. Every child will also learn the fundamental basic acrobatic movements progressing to intermediate/advanced level depending on the child’s ability. Whilst also developing other vital personal qualities, including building confidence, self-esteem, social interaction and friendship, communication, creativity and expression. All sessions provide the young people with the opportunity to learn and develop a variety of skills, such as Rhythm development, Co-ordination, Balance, Flexibility, Strength, Agility, Posture and Improved fitness.
