Small, friendly groups where you can be yourself, learn wonderful baby massage skills, meet like‑minded parents, and talk honestly without judgement or competition. Each week brings a reminder to look after you, so you leave feeling lighter and supported.

You’ll learn beautiful developmental baby massage to support your little one’s development, plus practical techniques to soothe colic, teething, constipation and more. This is different to any usual 'baby massage' class. It's SO much more (read my 5* reviews!).

This course helps you feel confident as you and your baby navigate this new chapter together.
