AAASPORTS SUNDERLAND

Pre-School Play is an excellent way to help your child develop new skills whilst having fun at the same time! Designed for Members from walking to 4 years old, this class is supervised by our fully qualified Coaches with assistance from parents/carers.

Each class starts with a fun warm-up and mobility activity, before Members are able to explore our facility at their own pace with their parents/carers, learning through play on our mini and full-sized apparatus pieces including bars, beam, vault, sprung floor, AirTrack and trampolines!

Our classes work through 6 exciting themes, with Members collecting stickers and awards throughout the year, before taking part in our fantastic Graduation Ceremony at the end of the year, complete with cap and gowns!
This class is perfect for our youngest Members or those who prefer to remain with their parents/carers whilst they develop the confidence to join our Pre-School Gymnastics classes, with our Coaches on hand to provide engaging activities for every Member!

Members attend this class with their parents, learning both gymnastics skills and socialisation skills whilst developing coordination, balance, strength and flexibility! Each class includes a range of music, hand apparatus and physical circuits, meaning we're sure your little one will have a great time!
