Build strength, bond with your baby and connect with other parents in this fun, challenging and inclusive class!

What to expect?

We'll focus on building full body strength & stability with banded and bodyweight movements, as well as restorative core and pelvic floor work.

There will be the option to wear or hold baby for some of the exercises to make them more challenging so please do bring your baby carriers if you have them! There will also be a play mat for the babies in the middle of the room or you can of course bring prams/baby seats if you prefer. Pram space is limited, so if you are driving, please bring baby into the studio in car seats/carriers if possible.

The class itself will be around 45 minutes, but Bubs & Burn is also about connection & community so there will be time at the end to stay and chat if you'd like to, as well as to feed/change babies!

Who is the class suitable for?

This class is suitable for all fitness levels and (pre-walking) babies from 2 months of age. Exercises will be post-natal safe and I can provide adaptations if needed.

If you have recently given birth, please ensure you have been cleared to exercise by your doctor before booking onto this class. I also strongly recommend seeing a pelvic floor physio before starting any post-natal exercise.

Please note: this is an inclusive and LGBTQIA+ friendly space and class - all genders are welcome to attend.

Parking and Access:

Some street parking is available nearby or you can park at Churchgate car park from £1.10 for an hour.

Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel up to 24 hours before the class and receive a full refund. Any cancellations within the 24 hours prior to the class will be charged at the full class rate.
