What to expect?

A 45 minute circuit class, incorporating strength and cardio exercises and using weights and resistance bands to create a fun, challenging full body workout! We are all about community & connection so there will be 15 minutes after the class to stay and chat too if you'd like to.

There will be a play area for little ones in the centre of the room so we can keep an eye on them throughout the class.

Who is the class suitable for?

This class is suitable for all fitness levels and little ones from 1-3 years of age.

Please note: this is an inclusive and LGBTQIA+ friendly space and class - all genders are welcome to attend.

Parking and Access:

Some street parking is available nearby or you can park at Churchgate car park (2 minute walk) or 3 New Bridge Lane car park (4 minute walk) from £1.10 for an hour.

Please note: there is a class on before this one, which only leaves a small amount of time for me to set up so please aim to arrive on time/a couple of minutes before rather than early! Thank you.

Cancellation Policy: 

You may cancel up to 24 hours before the class and reschedule the class to another date or receive a refund. Any cancellations within the 24 hours prior to the class will be charged at the full class rate.
